Cooper & Hall provided the client with initial cost advice that proved to be sound, although contrary to that given by previous consultants and tenderers. Full cost management and contractual support continued throughout the project involving:

  • Bill of Quantities preparation
  • assisting the client in assessing, evaluating and comparing contractors
  • advice on the appropriate Form of Building Contract
  • preparing monthly valuations on work in progress via regular progress meetings
