On behalf of the client, Cooper & Hall successfully provided the post-contract commercial control and management of both off-site design and on-site operations on a works package that included the over-cladding of existing building facades with ceramic rainscreen and louvres, interfacing with glazing, brickwork and M&E, incorporating complex, unique design features.
