Newsfeed: Retail therapy for Cooper & Hall

Cooper & Hall has been chosen to supply the Bills of Quantities for the fit-out of a flagship store in a prestigious city centre shopping arcade.
The work is part of a £650m development at Victoria Gate in Leeds, due to open in late 2016.
Other BQs in preparation by C&H are:

• a 71-bed care home in Birmingham
• an assisted living scheme in Buxton

The company has also been asked to provide cost plans for student accommodation in Newcastle and Lancaster.
