Profile: Alison Duncan

What I bring to Cooper & Hall: Extensive experience as a QS and project manager in the roofing and cladding industry, also as general builder’s QS specialising in social housing, and as a contractor’s estimator preparing tenders for work to ancient monuments and historic buildings. I have a good all-round knowledge of the commercial aspects of construction, procurement, contract terms and conditions, and claims, with particular experience servicing specialist subcontractors. I can advise developers on the most appropriate procurement route for their project, including Management Contracting.

More about me: I enjoy spending time outside work with my family and supporting their various sporting and musical interests. In whatever time is left over I enjoy a bit of running, learning Italian, and trying to create a kitchen garden.
