Interested in joining Cooper & Hall?
Cooper & Hall, Chartered Quantity Surveyors, has an immediate requirement for Quantity Surveyors in our Tadcaster office.
This exciting opportunity to join our growing business involves all aspects of Quantity Surveying work from ‘pre-contract’ cost planning and BQ preparation through to contract administration and other ‘post contract’ duties such as commercial management and claims preparation, on behalf of our many and varied clients.
You will have either a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying. MRICS is preferable but not essential as we offer both in-house training and encourage development of our staff who wish to pursue chartered status.
You will have experience working for a consultant, or contractor/subcontractor.
Tadcaster candidates must be proficient in generating applications for payment, cost reports, pricing variations and placing subcontract orders on live building projects.
In addition, our candidate will be experienced in using NRM1 for Cost Planning, and skilled in BQ production for design and build contractors and for traditional PQS projects using SMM7 and, preferably, NRM2.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidates to advance their career in a thriving, independent company.
Salary is negotiable for these permanent full-time roles.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Cooper & Hall has a successful graduate recruitment programme run in conjunction with accredited universities.
