Cooper & Hall’s commitment to improving its business practices has been reinforced with the renewal of the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.

This internationally recognised standard is awarded to organisations operating quality management systems which improve the service offered to clients.

Director Ian Wilcock thanked C&H’s Office Administrator Helen Porter for completing “90% of the ISO work”. He added: “Meeting client needs and enhancing customer satisfaction are part of our core beliefs. ISO recognition should give comfort to our customers and suppliers that we are continually developing in these areas.”

The British Assessment Bureau recently renewed C&H’s ISO registration for a further 12 months.
