Cooper & Hall rounds off 2015 advising on a number of prestige building projects across the UK.
The company is using its construction phase quantity surveying expertise assisting the envelope contractor in the building of a university sports complex in Nottinghamshire. The multimillion pound development includes an indoor track, archery centre, gym and climbing wall.
On the south coast Cooper & Hall has been appointed to prepare Bills of Quantities on the striking Ocean Village 5-star hotel, residential and retail complex in Southampton.
Other recent pre-construction commissions include:
- a small works job at Manchester Airport
- the building of a health and wellbeing centre at Bradford University.
Also, in North Yorkshire, work has started on a large extension to a private house where the company has been appointed Quantity Surveyor.
