Cooper & Hall are delighted that Quantity Surveyor Steve McMillan recently became a member of the RICS. After weeks of presentation preparation and some practice grilling from C&H Director and RICS member Ian Wilcock, Steve passed his assessment at the end of May. Congratulations from all C&H staff.
