On behalf of its client, Cooper & Hall provided commercial control of the envelope works package, including: hot melt roof coverings, standing seam roof coverings, wall cladding, louvres, a ManSafe® system and permanent roof edge guard-railing.
As the design developed, C&H offered timely costing for specification changes, building a good professional relationship with the main contractor’s commercial team, in which both parties maintained certainty of expenditure and recovery throughout, leading to a speedy and successful Final Account.
